In the summer of 2016, a significant milestone was reached when we were accepted into the prestigious Salem Saturday Market. This opportunity exposed us to a wider audience and allowed us to showcase our culinary creations to a diverse crowd. It was during this time that we also embarked on our first food truck event, a thrilling experience that solidified our passion for mobile food service.
From there, our business continued to grow, as we added wineries and breweries to our roster. We participated in multi-day festivals, catering to corporate events, and even ventured into the educational realm by serving at school events, from elementary to college level.
Today, we stand proud of our journey, from our humble beginnings to our current trailer. Each step along the way has been filled with countless memories, delicious meals, and satisfied customers. We are grateful for the support we have received and look forward to continuing our culinary adventure for many years to come.
