Screaming Freeze Ice Cream has expressed it's love of music and delicious dessert on the streets of Portland, Oregon since 2019. It serves scoops of popular flavors like strawberry and chocolate to the masses from a short bus with a ton of history (gone are the prison uniforms, now it's just rock t-shirts). Summer is never over for Screaming Freeze. Dessert first!
Stuartt Fox has owner-operated mobile food trucks in Portland since 2011. He's dedicated to maintaining the highest quality food and service for the community and is always looking for ways to bring something new to his customers' events. When not behind a grill or a window, he's intently watching sports or rocking out to something classic.
