PJ’s Pizza Wagon is run by a husband and wife who have been married for over 32 years. From the very beginning, they’ve worked side by side in everything they do. 

At work, at home, and now in the pizza world. Hospitality has always been at the heart of their relationship. 

Whether they are cooking for friends or serving slices from their truck, they genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome and cared for.

Their journey into the food truck scene was inspired by the film Chef, but it is their deep love of food and community that keeps them going. PJ’s Pizza Wagon is more than just a mobile kitchen. 

It is a new chapter in a life spent doing what they love together.
