小红红 (“Little Red”) is the heart of Dongbei Dimple Dumplings and our very first food trailer. After a long search, we found the perfect trailer for our concept and, just as importantly, the right people to purchase it from. We took possession of 小红红 in February 2026 and have since transformed it into a welcoming mobile kitchen serving handmade Northeastern Chinese cuisine. Our menu centers around fresh, handmade dumplings, with our classic Pork Dumplings being a customer favorite, along with Pork & Sauerkraut, Beef, Vegan, and our distinctive Black Pearl Dumplings. We also offer dishes beyond dumplings, including our handmade Chili Oil Noodles and other comforting sides. 小红红 gives us the opportunity to bring authentic Dongbei flavors to markets, events, and communities throughout the area.

meet Taylor and Xiaotong

Dongbei Dimple Dumplings is a husband-and-wife food truck and catering business founded by Taylor and Xiaotong, bringing together their shared love of food, culture, and community. Xiaotong grew up in Shenyang, in Northeast China, where dumplings are an important part of everyday food and family traditions. Together, they wanted to share the flavors and style of Dongbei cuisine with their new community in Oregon. What began as a small food business has grown into a food trailer and a way to connect with people through handmade food, hospitality, and a genuine passion for sharing a taste of Dongbei.
