Cindy Lou's Barbecue & Catering was established in 2016 in honor of founder Christopher Sarff’s mother, Cindy Lou, and her passion for cooking for family and friends. The truck serves her beloved homemade recipes, like Macaroni & Cheese and Jalapeño Rice, fresh daily. After winning a local cook-off competition, Cindy Lou's was launched to share scratch-made recipes and slow-smoked BBQ meats with the Portland community. From hand-picked premium Beef Brisket and Baby Back Ribs to Pulled Pork and signature sides, every item is made fresh on the truck. You can taste the hard work and love in every bite.

MEET CHRISTOPHER SARFF

Christopher Sarff is the proud owner of Cindy Lou's Barbecue, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in catering and food truck service in Portland. Alongside him is Pitmaster Johnny R, who also brings 10+ years of expertise in slow-smoked BBQ, catering events, and serving up crowd favorites on the truck. Together, they’re dedicated to delivering bold flavors and heartfelt hospitality with every meal.
